Our Toddler is for Children who are more mobile and becoming independent and want to explore their environment with curiosity. Normally this group is for 2 years old and over but sometimes we have younger children who have outgrown the baby room and are ready to join the toddler room. All equipment and resources are at the children’s level which are easily accessible to them. They are ready for different challenges which are stimulating and fun and we have Petite Production which delivers singing and dancing programmes to create an energetic environment for children. Children have access to the outdoors which they will explore and learn about the environment.  

As your child grows, we want to help encourage and build their independence, learn to do new things, and develop their fine and gross motor skills. This is well supported by our skillful staff who have observed their development and plan activities around their interest. Although the prime areas are observed for this age group the development is now expanded to focus on the following areas.  

• Literacy
• Mathematics
• Understanding the world
• Expressive art and design
