Bright Kids Day Nurseries are committed to providing quality care and early years education for young children. This is only achieved by having experienced and qualified Practitioners who are child-centred. We offer a variety of job opportunities ranging from apprenticeships to Practitioners who have approved Early Years level 2 and 3 qualifications.  

The Early Years childcare sector offers a great opportunity for practitioners to develop and progress in their careers. We want to build a long lasting relationship with our employees and support them fully in their careers by offering courses best suited for their roles. Being an apprentice at Bright Kids Day Nurseries is very appealing to young people who are receiving on the job training while being paid.

Training and development 

Bright Kids Day Nurseries offers all their employees the opportunity to keep updated in the Child care sector. Their Continuous Professional development is important and we have both mandatory and non mandatory training for all our staff. 

These are some of the Mandatory courses. 

  • Safeguarding Children and Child Protection Awareness
  • Full Paediatric First Aid 
  • Inclusion, Equality, and Diversity
  • Food Hygiene Level 3
  • Early Years Foundation Stage

We are aware that some training can’t be done at work and therefore we have signed up with Noodle Now Training where Staff can access most of the courses at home.
