Nursery Fees
At Bright Kids Day Nursery, we recognise that childcare costs can be a significant concern for families. That’s why we’re committed to offering affordable and flexible fee options. We’ve provided clear examples of our fee structure, including arrangements with funded hours. Plus, we offer sibling discounts to help make quality childcare more accessible for everyone.
Free Funded Hours
We offer free funded places for children aged 9 months to 4 years.
From September 2025, if eligible, all children aged 9 months and over will be entitled to free 30 hours per week. In total, all children will be entitled to 1140 hours per year Term term-time.
Parents can use these hours as they wish, and some can stretch these hours to 22 hours per week, all year round.
We offer a discount to children attending the nursery full-time.
Childcare Vouchers
We accept childcare vouchers from all companies. This will reduce your childcare costs considerably. These vouchers are offered by your employer. Please ask your HR for more details.
Tax Free Childcare- You can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each of your children to help with the costs of childcare. This goes up to £1,000 every 3 months if a child is disabled (up to £4,000 a year). Tax-Free Childcare – GOV.UK
Childcare Grant
You may be eligible for help with your childcare costs if you are a full-time higher education student and have children under 15, or 17 if they have special educational needs. The grant does not have to be paid back is paid on top of your other student finance.
