Our practitioners are recruited using our ‘Safer Recruitment Policy’ where they are fully checked and all have relevant childcare qualifications and experience to deliver the highest standards of care and education to your child. We encourage all Employees to update their qualification and attend relevant training such as First Aid, Safeguarding and Behaviour Management etc. Trainings are organised both inhouse or external. We look after our employees and recognise their work and therefore we nominate an ‘Employee of the month’ to show our appreciation .
We are also aware that some time an employee may have issues that could affect them at work and that is why we have put systems in place to support them in dealing with their problems. Employees can access support through EAP.
