Registration Procedure

Following a show round and receipt of a completed Registration Form, £35.00 Registration Fee and one month’s Deposit we will allocate places in accordance with our registration requirements taking into consideration the following:

We will allocate sessions on a first-come-first-served basis and at the same time match requests for part-time places to create full time places. Parents wanting a full time place will be given priority over someone requesting a 2 day place or less.

Change of Session

Once a place has been confirmed in writing and we have received a contract signed by the parent/s with legal consent a change of session can be requested. For a request to be considered the request must be made in writing to the manager (download change of session request form). The manager will allocate a place after taking into consideration ratios of staff to children and availability of places.
If we can accommodate the request we will send out an amendment to contract, which will need to be returned to the manager, signed by the parent before the change can be implemented.
We will advise you in writing if we are unable to accommodate your request and we will put you on our waiting list until a place becomes available.

Additional Sessions

“One off” additional sessions will be considered when a request in writing to the manager is made with a minimum of one week’s notice – see additional session request form. If there is availability the request form will be signed and returned to the parent.
All requests for change of session or additional sessions are at the discretion of the manager and are subject to payment of fees in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
It is not the policy of the nursery to swap sessions if your child is unable to attend on a particular day due to illness or holiday. Where ratios allow this may be agreed by the manager but this will not necessarily be granted.
